I'm Kerry McCarter, a licensed clinical social worker in Seattle WA. I specialize in helping people overcome burnout, stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I provide couples therapy and individual therapy to clients who are 18 and above. 

I have training in CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy ), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Brainspotting, HeartMath®, the Gottman Method, and EFT for individuals and couples. This unique blend can help you:
